TLC Does It Again

TLC is great about making shows about families with lots of kids and variations of Little People Big World. The other thing that they are really great at is stealing ideas from other networks. I would love to be able to pitch to that channel because either they don't watch TV or they are totally ok with copycats. This has been going on for awhile now, mostly doing different takes on the Food Network. I guess whoever thinks of this stuff just watches another channel and says "Ok, instead of a bakery with extreme cakes in Boston we'll do it in New Jersey" or "No one will notice if we take the same cake challenge with a $10,000 prize but we'll make them move it up a ramp instead of lift it across a stage."

Now it's just blatant with their new variations of Hoarders and Intervention. I don't know why they can't just stick to what they are good at. If you had a hit show about relationships or hgh releasers then you'll probably see the exact same thing on TLC next week. It's not groundbreaking or even educational if other channels have already done it.
