Gearing up for the Season

I love the holidays but there are a few drawbacks. Some radio stations in Utah only play Christmas music all day, all night every day every night. At first they started after Thanksgiving and went until Christmas. Apparently it was so popular that they extended it to run from Halloween to Thanksgiving. That is a lot of time to just hear different renditions of that annoying partridge in a pear tree song. I love Christmas music, but I also like other music. I don't need to hear Christmas music on every channel all the time for several months.

I have to admit though that I'm kind of looking forward to those La La Lifetime days. I love the sentimental made for TV movies. In general made for TV movies revolve around murder or false imprisonment. It's nice to see some TV movies where everything works out. I love all the cute winter clothes showcased in these films, I think some of the boots are equestrian . I won't be watching them when they start on Thanksgiving but I bet I'll give in the day after.
