Well I Broke Down

I watched October Road on Hulu because my TV remote needs new batteries and I don't want to go to the store. Never before has such a boring show been so fascinating. In a way it reminds me of Gilmore Girls but with a father/son relationship instead of a mother/daughter one. Now I feel sacrilegious. It is not as good as Gilmore Girls or even in the same neighborhood as Gilmore Girls, but it's oddly familiar. They even reference Sylvia Plath. I only have a few episodes left and in a way I'm glad. I want to know who the father is already.
