I've only met one other person who liked the movie "Big Fish". I keep making my friends watch it because to me it is a like a pearl necklace, a real classic. I think that most people don't like it because it doesn't fit in a certain genre. Plus, it's a movie that you really have to watch & concentrate on or you will be totally lost. Besides the fact that I talk up the movie a lot so they have high expectations & then think "What am I watching?"
However, the imagery just really captivated me, it's one of the few movies that I actually went out & bought. I guess I will just keep making my friends watch it until I find more people that like it.
