Learn something about yourself
Here's a shocker. I don't really love to exercise. I guess that's why they call it exercising & not fun. Plus, I hate Billy Blanks, even though tae bo is pretty much the best thing ever. It's monotonous to do the same exercise video day after day, but it really does work. So, everyday, I mute the TV, & turn on Pandora. The workout seems to change depending on what music I'm listening to, & this way I don't get bored. This simple act helps me find the motivation to exercise the next day, not because I want too, but because I'm interested in listening to music for an hour. It turns exercise into a meditative time, where I get to hear lots of cool music.
