At first I wasn't going to watch Pan Am just because it seemed like it was going to be a cheap rip off of Mad Men. These shows have to be done carefully or else the women end up looking like perfect models who just run on batteries and are secretly robots.
However, I find myself falling more and more in love with this show every week and I like it just as much if not more so than Mad Men. However, my one big word of caution simply is that it's on ABC. ABC has canceled a lot of the best shows out there like Pushing Daises; so I'm trying to not let myself get too attached.
