I Miss Holiday Movies

I think I watch more TV at holiday time then I do during the rest of the year. I even watch the same Lifetime holiday movies over and over. I like the way everything ends well. I like it when things work out. The very next day everything is just back to mayhem and bedlam. I checked the TV guide the day after Christmas and almost every show was about murder/abuse/or broken relationships. I guess now I'm back to just staring at the wall sconces until the next holiday season. Why do we only get to feel good at holiday time?
