Talk About Brave

I really admired the audacity of one woman on last week's “Can I Afford It Segment?” on the Suze Orman show. She said that she wanted to spend $750 a month on recreational gambling. Suze said that was about a million or 1.5 million dollars that she'd spend on it in her lifetime, for recreational gambling. Usually Suze just says whether or not the person can afford it, not whether it's a good thing to actually buy. Luckily the lady was turned down because she didn't have an emergency fund but really what was she thinking?
