Ok, so after my VCR fiasco when I tried to tape The Office I decided to try & find the episodes online. I knew that NBC had the full episodes online. However, I tried to stream the episode, but my internet just wasn't fast enough. Then I found an option on the NBC site for something called NBC Direct Beta where you can download select shows & keep them on your computer for 48 hours.
I downloaded the software, it took about an hour to get everything installed. Yes, my internet connection is just that slow. Then it took me another hour to download the 22 minute episode of The Office that I wanted. Then I tried to start the episode & was informed that I didn't have some sort of software that I needed. Umm, couldn't you have told me that two hours ago? I think it's finally ready to work. I don't know if there will be commercials for prescription weight loss pills or if it will be commercial free. This better be one good episode of The Office.
