I can't commit...

I really want to watch Cashmere Mafia on ABC. However, I try not to watch any tv shows until they have reached their third season. This way, I can just catch up with all of the old episodes at one time. Besides the fact that after the third season, if they cancel the show, they usually give it a finale. I just hate having to go back & forth wondering if my favorite show will be back on the air. Case in point:

• Wonderfalls: Aired four episodes I think. Then I bought the DVD's & had 13 episodes with a nice resolution at the end.
  


• Freaks & Geeks: I don't remember how many episodes were aired, but it definitely was not enough.


• Significant Others: I didn't find out about this Jennifer Garner series until last week, but I would've been disappointed in 1998 when only six episodes were filmed. However, now that I know there are only six episodes, I can watch it.
  

So, I won't be writing about the latest fall TV shows, but it's not my fault that I can't commit to a series until I know what's going to happen.
