Little Shop around the Corner

I first heard about this movie when I watched You’ve Got Mail. I watched it on TCM on Sunday night and it’s one of my favorite older movies. It has Jimmy Stewart and Margaret Sullavan in it. What surprised me is how much Margaret Sullavan and Meg Ryan are alike. They have a lot of the same mannerisms. It could be that Meg Ryan was copying an earlier character but those have been her mannerisms throughout her entire career. Of course, You’ve Got Mail only shares some similarities but I remember this title being in the credits somewhere and it’s definitely worth watching.
