Should I Keep Going?

I've been hearing about Downton Abbey for a while now; but honestly thought "It's on PBs how good could it be?" The answer is that it can be very, very good. I've only watched a few episodes and don't know if I can keep going just because I currently have enough TV addictions. Is it good enough that I should watch every episode? I still don't entirely understand why it's such a big deal; but I need to watch more to understand I guess.
