Whitney from the Hills has a spin off show called The City. Since Whitney started out as a minor character, the cycle could be endless. I know that The Hills has nothing to do with reality although it always makes me want to shop for Ferrari parts & flat iron my hair. I can only assume that if Whitney's show makes it, that her new friends in The City will eventually have a spin offs.
Audrina has said that she would like to have her own show so people could see what she is like with her "real friends". Spencer has been pushing for a spin off featuring himself & Heidi. (I don't know how many hours I could watch Spencer whine about his Tivo & check his facebook account.)
If things continue at this rate, The Hills will take over the entire world. Whenever you turn on the TV all you will see are spin off shows of spin off shows of spin off shows. This wouldn't be a bad thing if these people were good actors or even interesting. However, all they really have going for them is the Heidi/Lauren feud. I wonder if Whitney's new friends will talk about whether Lauren misses Heidi.
