I'm always look for legal ways to get
free music downloads. It's usually easier said than done, which is why I was so excited to try mp3 rocket. This was my first experience with file sharing software. I tried their free download. Here is what I like about it:

- Fast downloads. My internet is kind of slow & I still & it took me no time at all to find the songs I wanted & to download them.
- You can easily check if a song is licensed to make sure it's legal.
- There was an option to download a toolbar with the free version but I declined.
- There's a Most Popular tab if you know you want new music but don't' know what you want.
- They have a whole section on legal file sharing.
- Paying a one time fee to upgrade to the pro versions means that you won't have to deal with ads, you'll have faster downloads & searches.
