Christmas Music that I don't hate

I used to love Christmas music. Then one of the two radio stations that I actually get in my town decided to play all Christmas music all the time starting the day after Halloween & continuing until New Years Day. That's a lot of Christmas music, I'd much rather just turn on an LCD TV even though a lot of my favorite shows aren't having Christmas episodes this year probably due to the writer's strike. Christmas music has just been done to death, all of the joy is gone. Here are a few Christmas albums that I still don't hate.

  • Merry Christmas by Mariah Carey. This was the second CD that I ever owned. Yes, it's overly sentimental, but isn't that what Christmas is all about?
  • A Holiday Collection by Jewel. Jewel can sing any overplayed Christmas carol & make it sound new & unique.
  • I don't have Josh Groban's Christmas album yet, but I can put it on the list as a hint to Santa, hint hint.
