Funny Face

I think the first Audrey Hepburn movie that I ever saw was "Roman Holiday". Then I went through a lot of her more famous films & was very excited when I finally bought "Funny Face". It was a bit of a let down. The movie is about a girl named Jo Stockton (Audrey's characters always have the coolest names). Jo sells books & leads a quiet life. Then she meets Fred Astaire who turns her into a fashion model. The movie is typical Fred Astaire, not a lot of plot, lots of singing & dancing. It's a light hearted film, & worth seeing just because it's fun to watch Audrey & Fred on screen. That, & that alone is why I'm giving this movie three whole tiaras.
